Olusola Olugboye, born on March 20 in Lagos, Nigeria, is an indigene of Iwo, Osun State. A seasoned banker and an ordained Assistant Pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), he is a man on a mission to revive his generation and awaken the glory of young people everywhere.
Olusola’s academic journey is a testament to his dedication and pursuit of excellence. He holds a B.Tech in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, and an M.Eng in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of Lagos. To deepen his spiritual foundation, he earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Theology from the Redeemed Christian Bible College. Additionally, he is a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), showcasing his technical expertise.
In his professional life, Olusola has built a remarkable career as a seasoned banker, known for his diligence and leadership. In ministry, he serves as the Youth Pastor and Lead Pastor of RCCG New Song Chapel, where he tirelessly leads a vibrant congregation. He is also the visionary founder of “The Revived Generation”, a prayer movement dedicated to igniting revival and empowering young people to fulfill their divine purpose. His passion lies in mentoring and inspiring the youth, driven by his divine mandate to spark a generation-wide awakening. His ministry and life are centered on raising a people who will shine God’s light in every sphere of influence.
On the personal side, Olusola is married to Oluwanishola Olugboye, popularly known as Sholathepsalmist, a dynamic worship leader and gospel artist celebrated for her single, “Atobiju.” Together, they are blessed with a beautiful daughter, Eyinjuolodumare Neriah Olugboye, and they continue to serve God as a family, touching lives and advancing His kingdom
Beyond his professional and ministerial responsibilities, Olusola has always had a deep love for problem-solving and analytical thinking. One of his favorite pastimes is solving mathematics, a passion that earned him the title “Lord of Maths” during his time as a mathematics teacher, both during and after his NYSC. His enthusiasm for numbers and equations reflects his sharp mind and dedication to inspiring others through education.
